theJavaversion andNetherite in the Bedrock version.(I'm not sure if this is "Works As Intended" because I
haven't searchedfor a report on it)In the Bedrock version, it takes 6.5 seconds to break Obsidian with an unenchanted diamond pickaxe, which is different from the destruction time of Obsidian in Java and Block of Netherite in the Bedrock version.

This bug is suspected to have been fixed in 1.17.41, following the reproduction method, up to Y level 11,2673, and no problem was found.
