1. The grindstone removed the enchantments, but did not remove prior work penalty. This error has appear several times. Here is an image of trying to use anvil to enchant boots after placing it in the grindstone.
2. When putting one item with no enchantments in the grindstone, there are no output items in the right column. (not sure if it's a bug)

Since it's invalid to report more than one bug, only one will be written this time. The update 1.16.100 make me confused for its plenty of errors.The issue below is not a coincidence because you can reproduce it in any gamemode, any items (armors, weapons, etc.), and any enchantments:

Steps:
- Enchant any item. (For example, diamond boots)
- Put it in the grindstone. (Now it has no enchantments. The Prior work penalty is supposed to be reset.)
- Enchant this item again. (You realise it cost much more EXP than expected which means the penalty was not reset.)

I have the exact same problem, and if I put another block at the privious position, it can be set on fire too.

Not only Netherite armour has this problem, same things happen to all items.
You can try to enchant anything on creative mode.
The same issure always appears.

My bees have been killed many times by the lasting burning campfire.
According to Minecraft Wikipedia:
Up to two veins may generate per chunk: one vein of 1–3 ancient debris attempts to generate with a periodic normal distribution (similarly to lapis lazuli ore) from levels 8 to 22, and an additional vein of 1–2 ancient debris attempts to generate randomly from levels 8 to 119.

I tried a few more times and the achievements have been completed without issues. But it was a mistake before they were finished.
