I have Found after Leaving the Spawn Chunks and come back the Chunks do not load in right and Items are spinning. I found the Issue on my Server I have been using for Snapshots and Reproducted on a Single player World. I made a Short Stream About on my Channel.

I have had this problem on my server after going to 19w05a my item frames whete like 100 blocks away from where they where
They place but will be like 100 blocks away
Have same problem on my server after updating to 19w05a
World returns to Normal after Reloging back in to World.
I loaded up my Server and a New world and the chunks are not loading right after you leave and then come back to them it seems that Reloading in the Spawn area the chunks reload but after you leave they bug outl

I have had this problem with Farmland right next to water it pushes you in to the Water when on edge of Farmland it been reported to me from my Members on my 1.15 Pre 2 server I'm running.
