After writing in book and quill, then quitting to the title screen, then reopening the book, certain words and phrases, particularly with the names "Mark" and "Ryan" get censored as hashtags. I don't know of any offensive phrases with these words so I assume this is a glitch. After manually re-typing the phrase, the same phrase gets censored again the next time I enter the world.

I am on my friend's Realms server, and when I type a new name for an item, and nothing appears in the slot to the right and there is still a red x over the arrow. I have 20 xp levels, and i am still able to combine enchanted items, but the game doesn't react when i type a new name. Even when i type a new name in the slot while combining items, the resulting combination still doesn't have the updated name.
To see if this was related to multiplayer,I tried it in a singleplayer world of mine and the item renamed normally, so it only seems to happen in multiplayer, or maybe specifically when you aren't the owner of the server. Upon returning to the server, the bug was still present.
Just after typing that, i tried to re-enter the server to get a screenshot, but it failed to connect. I tried again and was able to connect, but i was unable to reproduce the bug as the anvil was now working properly. Even after restarting my game, I didn't encounter the bug again.
I'm not sure if this is worth posting since the bug seems to have resolved itself, but i already typed it up so i'm posting this just in case it's actually more common than it appears.

I wanted to see if this was related to multiplayer since i looked it up and saw several reports of a similar bug that were unable to be reproduced, so I tried it in a singleplayer world of mine and the item renamed normally, so it only seems to happen in multiplayer, or maybe specifically when you aren't the owner of the server. Another Edit:
I've encountered the bug again, i was able to screenshot it. I've been playing without closing the game for around 4 hours, I'm not sure if that is related.
@Rogue Cheddar Looking at your pics, I don't see enough lighting to block monster spawns:

However, if you're on normal or hard difficulty, you should have some zombie villagers. So it may not be that. Can you get coordinates? And, do you typically log out or use a nether portal a certain distance from that room?
@John Tezeno Could you provide coordinates for where the leash knots are getting left on the fence after horses despawn? And for where you use a nether portal and/or typically log out?

This happened to me on a realms server, I had a level 3 librarian with an Unbreaking enchanted book trade which I put a name tag on to keep track of it. It seemed to have claimed a composter which had been unclaimed (I had 3 composters and only 2 farmers) and turned into a farmer despite not being a novice anymore. All of its trades are now farmer trades from levels 1-3. It still retained the name tag as well. I'm not sure how old the world is but the village was created from cured zombie villagers in an underground base after the village and pillage update. Unfortunately I don't have access to the world file since I'm not the owner of the server.
This happens to me and my friend's on our realms server in version 1.14.6 every single time without fail. When someone joins with a custom skin, they will have the someone else's custom skin. Changing yours back also changes theirs. This happens no matter which of our devices we play on and doesn't seem to affect people using skins from the store.
My friend tried to revert our realm to an older save because our favorite horse seemed to have despawned, but it showed the message "Download failed. The world size exceeds the maximum downloadable limit of 426MB."
On my friend's realm, I like to keep a horse tied on a fence post next to my house with a name tag on it, but after a while it seems to despawn, so I have to replace it. This has happened multiple times, and I believe it has been happening since about a year ago, before the nether update. It doesn't seem to be consistent; sometimes it happens after hours, sometimes after days, sometimes to horses i ride often, sometimes to ones i rarely use.
I also had a named horse hanging above the ground on a leash near my house for months. Yesterday I took it down and left it on the ground tied to a fence. I also tied a new named horse next to my house. Today I checked and it the horse that used to be hanging is gone, while the one that I recently tied next to my house is still there.
I know they are despawning and not dying from something because there is never a death message and the lead can still be seen tied on the fence post. I tested to make sure, and found that when animals die the leash consistently properly disappears and drops as an item.
My friends have named horses that are fenced up and don't seem to have this problem.
I also have a horse, a donkey, a mule, and a skeleton horse tied to a fence post underground below my house (All of which I never ride) and they have been just fine as well.
We also have 3 skeleton horses tied up in the area, and they seem to be fine, although I think there used to be 4 a few months ago.
Not sure if this is related, but I also in that realm yesterday, I pushed my horse through a nether portal into the overworld, killed a ghast, then went through myself. When I came up in the overworld, it was gone. At some point I quit the game and came back, and at some point i went back in the nether, but I don't remember which was first. The next time i returnd to the overworld, the horse was back.
