Changed Description:
Baby pigs are vanishing instead of growing up.
What I expected to happen was...:
I fed the pigs and got babies. After a while I returned expecting the babies to have matured. What actually happened was...:
The adults were still there but only the number I originally started with before breeding. This does not seem to affect cows, chickens, or sheep.

Karen E. Potter please make a new report for that
Yes, this world was originally 1.12.2. I came back just now and was down to one baby pig (out of 6) so I watched it. It suddenly started flashing red like it was taking damage and then fell over and died.
I bred another 6 piglets and watched. I always put a small pond in the enclosure with the pigs & cows, but now the piglets seem to be drowning instead of "playing." The calves must be tall enough to not drown. Tried with another set of piglets but kept them away from the water. They matured in the normal manner and became adults. So this seems to be an issue with baby animals drowning in one block deep water.
I wasn't having any problem until 1.14.1 - one bed produced one villager as appropriate.
Also confirm. Exiting the boat often turns it invisible and you can only get it back by exiting the world and re-loading. This is happening often enough in 1.14.2 that it is becoming an extreme annoyance.
Having the same issue almost every time now with boats. It actually seems to be getting worse.
With boats, in 1.14.3, this is now occurring about 5 times out of 6 tries or more. This is getting beyond annoying. I am spending so much time having to leave the world and reload it is destroying the enjoyment factor of the game.
The "workaround" solution doesn't "work" anyway. A new villager (that you didn't make a bed for in the first place) just comes and takes the new workstation.
1.14.3: I've noticed this effect, too. However, I've had the problem with exiting boats even after traveling quite short distances so I don't think it's connected especially since I've seen the "teleport" effect occasionally since at least 1.11. However, I've never had the problem occur when transporting villagers by boat on land (trying vainly to get them sorted back to their appropriate workstations / beds).
I am having the same problem since updating to 1.14.4. (Java edition, running on computer with Windows 10.)
Villagers are leaving their beds even in peaceful mode so it doesn't seem to have to do with the presence of mobs.
I am seeing this too. Usually they will go to their bed with a nudge, but sometime you have to push them all the way to the bed.
As I understand it, Mending should not take XP unless there is damage to the item.
This is still happening in 1.14.4, but not just when colliding. It can happen when sitting still at a normal shore or even when in the middle of the ocean.
I'm having the same problem. I tried breaking all the unclaimed beds and replacing them, but still no babies. I've tried this in two different villages with the same result. This says resolved, but it doesn't seem to be fixed.
I am experiencing this also, or at least my baby bees aren't growing up.
This is also happening in 1.15.1. Villagers are continually losing track of their bed and standing on an occupied bed or standing outside the building with their bed. They also will get up in the night and run out and then then return. And now some of the villagers are rising out of the bed and floating Exorcist-like around the room and landing on the floor beside the bed. It's rather disturbing.
This has been going on for so long, I would say just call this normal behavior and forget it.
Actually, I meant that this has been this way so long that I'm accustomed to it and even rather like it this way. There are bugs that cause more hassles that I would rather see fixed.
In Java 1.17 full release single player mode, buckets of tropical fish obtained from wandering traders spawn only white kob.
Restarting worked for me, too.
Never mind. Probably a duplicate of
MCL-16888and restarting the computer fixed it anyway. This issue also affects treasure maps in oceans ruins.
Now occurs in 1.19.4.
