Have only played MCD with local players on TV mode starting shortly after release and including completing all jungle DLC maps. Power level 109. Have never had a smooth frame rate.
You need to roll across to get it. Get on the roundish barrier to the left of the chest, move fast without rolling to hop to the narrow diagonal rail down and left from the chest, then roll across to the chest’s platform. Funny you pictured that chest because there is another chest nearby that even PC players can’t reach.
It sounds like your characters were of different power levels. Drops for each item dropped is dependent on the power level of each player. The expected drop levels shown on the map before starting a level are the average of all expected drops among all connected players.
I have always played docked, always offline, always with my game and the OS up to date, and quite often with local multiplayer. FPS is RELIABLY under 30 FPS if there any any enemies or effects on screen. Sometimes 2-5 FPS if the enemy and effect count is high. Would be acceptable if the game didn’t still freeze and delete ancient hunt offerings. I excitedly try playing with every update, but it’s always crap.

This is a bug? Thought it was a feature. Will be nearly impossible to have my little kids survive that fight without doing this.
Same. 1,000 gamerscore, level 140-something, distance traveled 0, mobs killed 0, time played 9 seconds.
I had to buy from the Humble Store.
Still happens every game session. I keep trying to play after each patch; the game keeps freezing after every patch.
Has never been fixed.
