Simply placing a wither skeleton skull anywhere on any map crashes the game, and gives me a NullPointerException. I attached the crash report.

Looks like someone else had already reported it, but when I searched, I couldn't find anything, sorry for the duplicate report.
If you try to enchant shears using "/enchant @p silk_touch", it won't work and the game will say "Shears cannot support that enchantment". I'm pretty sure this is not intended as you can apply silk touch on shears through the use of Anvils.
EDIT: It seems this is not the case, and this simply happened because I was on Creative mode.

Kurtisdede: The reporter of a bug report is responsible for keeping it up to date. This involves updating commands and adding new affected versions. Simply watching the report rot is neither good nor helpful. Viradex improved the quality of the bug report and will probably take better care of it as a new reporter. Ownership retransfer denied.
Although it's true that I've been inactive, I've been watching this bug report and how it's going from the background. I'd like to have my ownership back if possible.
EDIT: I don't want to clog up the chat any more as it is off topic, so I'll reply here - I understand, but the person primarily responsible for keeping a bug report up to date, then, should not be called "Reporter" - it doesn't make sense in my opinion. Maybe "owner" would be more fitting, or both could coexist. Anyhow, I respect your work and hope you have a good day.
