Well, it may be that you're not running it on the right flavor of Linux. I tried on CentOS, and it didn't work there. Had to run it on Ubuntu, and there it worked without issue.
Yeah, if I went back and got more bottles, I was able to get more breath, but I basically resorted to bringing 4 bottles at a time and just going back and forth from my ender chest.
Didn't see this issue until the most recent updates. I believe that I've seen this same issue. My framerate lags SIGNIFICANTLY, to the point of not being able to move items without pressing buttons a few times before the command actually happens. I didn't have the issue until I had gone to the end and started using shulker boxes, if I remember correctly. They may have something to do with it. But I believe I've seen it happen without one in my inventory as well. If I'm interacting with a chest or with anything crafting, I don't notice it, but if I open my personal inventory my FPS drops to what seems to be around 10 or so. Really makes it difficult.
I've seen this on my realm after this update as well. Super irritating. I saw it all over the overworld as I was trying to mine out an area with a beacon nearby.
Just saw this issue on my creative world today. Doesn't have inthe issue in the one axis on my super smelter, then I added a corner, and suddenly getting spillage from the one Hopper minecart to the other. I'm on the Xbox One and have the most recent update. I would greatly appreciate a fix for this one. Thanks!
Alright, I just found out that if you try to create the Realm again, this issue is fixed. It detects that you have an active subscription without a realm, and will use that subscription to stand one up. I think that this is a workaround, and this should still be considered a bug until there is some indication that this is what the user needs to do.
I have the ops.json and the permissions.json, both with that same format, but it doesn't seem to affect the player with typical op permissions.

Yeah, I'd really like to be able to have a log file, but I don't see how to set that up to get rid of this message.
Which command are you talking about?
Confirmed as well. CentOS had issues due to having a higher version number. Had to run on Ubuntu to get it to work.
It was in our realm. I wonder if this could be added to the bug creation modal. I see it asked on nearly every bug that's reported.

I would love to see this issue fixed! Definitely ruins instant mining with a beacon or in the nether.
I saw this happening on our Xbox realm with some dogs that I tamed. Lost a bunch of them in the ocean crossing.
