In 1.16.1, this type of 1-wide tileable villager trading hall worked perfectly, and I also tested it along the snapshot process occasionally and it still worked (im not 100% which snapshot it broke in). Now in 1.16.2 pre-1 (or before, not sure which snapshot in broke in as said previously), the villagers can pick up the workstations they could not in 1.16.1. In my testing, I have concluded that only villagers to either side of the villager whom I want to pick up the workstation, can select the workstation instead.
