The command used was /tp @p[r=2] ~ ~1 ~20
The error was that the Entity UUID was provided in an invalid format. This may be a problem with the [r=2]. But it does work with other commands.

As it seems, using the "pick block" key on any type of banner will give a black banner. I am not 100% sure if this is a bug, bug considering this doesn't happen with any other blocks, I would assume that this is a bug.

Never mind. I got this working. Strangely enough, after restarting MC and re-entering the command several times, the command was finally working.
Strange. Perhaps it only happens when there's a lot of glass involved?
