When bees exit the block sometimes they spawn inside a block and lose HP.

I mean I don't think you should be able to drink it in creative anyways, You cannot eat in creative if I'm not mistaken.
How do u copy the command output? I got the same behaviour on a bee and want to help

Nope, they lose hp by spawning inside a block not by its hitbox being wrong.
