Bees can take damage after leaving a bee nest or a bee hive
When bees exit the block sometimes they spawn inside a block and lose HP.

I've got a theory that this might happen when the bee is just about to grow up when it leaves the hive; however I haven't been able to test that yet.

Mother bee taken few damages when pushed to under bee hive by baby bees.

MC-159370?Nope, they lose hp by spawning inside a block not by its hitbox being wrong.
Can confirm this happens in a regular survival word. If left running long enough all the bees will eventually die of suffocation damage.
Can confirm, in my case i put the hive next to a wall and they spawn inside this wall ~50% of the time
I can also confirm this is happening had some bee exit the hive into a dispenser and suffocating.
this has not been fixed- saw it firsthand myself 1 feb 2023 on my totally vanilla 1.19.3 world when trying to figure out where all but one of my 20 or so of my bees had disappeared to.
