Here is the image for my earlier comment
If you look at water blocks that are right beside each-other there is a 1 pixel wide area that is clear, giving a grid-line effect.
Because it was too difficult to type this out I made a short video to show the problem. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cr7C2vdTaHQ
Things to know:
1. It doesn't matter how this is built, this issue occurs regardless.
2. The commands to the command blocks are in the description.
3. The issue is that the comparator that is connected to the 3rd command block (the one with 3rd command listed below) does not turn off when it is supposed to. The only way to get it to turn off is to break the command block, or to right click it.
Minecraft crashes when I try to buy something from a villager with this command: summon Villager -101.5 68 193 {Offers:{Recipes:[{buy:
{id:minecraft:emerald,Count:1},sell:{id:diamond_shovel
{CanDestroy:["gravel"]}1 0,Count:1},maxUses:1,uses:0}]}}
To replicate:
{id:minecraft:emerald,Count:1}
1. Create command block and input this command:
summon Villager ~1 ~1 ~1 {Offers:{Recipes:[{buy:,sell:{id:diamond_shovel
{CanDestroy:["gravel"]}1 0,Count:1},maxUses:1,uses:0}]}}
2. Activate the command block.
3. Right click the villager.
3. Put an emerald in the space provided.

Alright, I put them in.
Just Attached it.
I just found out that the same thing happens when you press f1 (or with windows 8 shift + f1).
You also get black and white particles when sprinting and jumping on redstone. I attached a screenshot of it.
I found out that if you place 2 torches beside the TNT and break one of them that the TNT will ignite.
Confirmed in 13w04a
I don't know too much about Java but, couldn't you just have it so that when a chunk has active redstone in it, it saves the on/off state of the redstone and then when the chunk reloads, it puts the redstone's on/off state back to what it was when it was unloaded?
@Raphael
Couldn't it be done so that when the chunks reload, they update all the blocks in the chunk.
No
Just updated the description.
Did you mean the one on this page? Or the one on the youtube video? Because I put it on the youtube video.
The same thing is happening to me. Except the /testfor command block isn't staying on while a /summon command block is.
Here's the crash report (I removed the "01" from the command and it still crashed.)
This happened to me, except the water was invisible from the start; without any use of sponges.
