After a raid I lost some working villagers, so I wanted to replace him with another villager. Broke that villagers workplace and set a new one, now none of the unemployed villagers won't take any jobs. This is being done in a Realm.
I had this issue last night and what I did to fix it seemed to be finding the one villager who was "next in line" to learn a profession. I put down a couple of workstation around the village to essentially "trap" that one villager into working there when he stumbles upon it.
Having the same exact issue. Can't even continue my campaign. (I have about 100 GB available so it's not a storage issue) it happened right when I took out the 3 large yellow piglin outposts. Someone online they had the same issue right after that.

What an embarrassment. Bug is still in the console version. Definite a waste of my money.
