yes she was standing still for about ten seconds next to a goat and nothing happened
30 Seconds. oh OK maybe that was why. And yes we were on the same y level. Thank you!

Well now on the Minecraft website it just says Mojang © 2009-. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang AB. so I think that means they are fixing it.
I suggest to not stand close to them when they blow up.

Can't reproduce for Java the villager just wags his head and the iron golem doesn't pay attention.
It looks normal when i do that no lag glitches or anything just strange moves lol. In other words can not reproduce

Oops. Sorry, I didn't know. I play java pc so I'm not used to bedrock. My friend has it but i don't play it that much. Really sorry will remember that they don't have it. What platforms do have f3 so I know.

My friend once had this happen to him in his favorite survival world. He just did /give cheat to give him a pair of leather boots to switch out with his stuck ones. I worked and he grind stoned the enchantment out of them. @GravelGrinder yep when i saw your comment I told him and it worked. @vison907 500XP! pretty good! I have reached 1,076 then I enchanted everything I had lol. I had a XP mob farm so I got a lot. Sad you had to kill yourself and lost all of that. Though you might of gotten some back...

This is the opposite
MC-44442. In it it says they fixed it to flow like you are saying. I think. Although that is for Java...Can confirm. I was using my Aternos server and there was a creeper and it started to blow up so I did the glitch accidentally and the creeper didn't blow me up. It seems the mobs work fine if you teleport away using this glitch. the mobs don't teleport backward if they moved. It is as if you thew an ender pearl. Like when you teleport other things don't teleport.
I play Aternos and I have never experienced this issue. Could you please take a video or record it with your f3 on. (I know Java has f3)

Yes I would think this is a bug. It doesn't affect it. The stairs are upside down so it should be able to place.
