Hi, I'm using the plugin [Jpremium] so that my users can login to my server, but for days that new users can not enter for the reason "Mojang servers do not respond". I am making this report in the hope that someone can deactivate that so that new people can login to my server.

Thank you for providing an example, ZottiCraft Network. We are still working on resolving that issue, which is referenced as WEB-4566 in this bug tracker.
Use both now, start my server with spigot vs paper and the problem keeps happening. The startup load on the server list is slow.

that command did not work for me and my server kicked when trying to place it.
the command is not the problem, the Skinfiles have disappeared from mojangside.
This head is still untextured and steve's head appears in its place.
