Bursting lingering water bottle produces an effect cloud

Splash / lingering water bottle cannot hurt invulnerable blaze and enderman when player in creative mode

Enderman/blaze don't drop experience when hit with splash/lingering potion

Hopper/Dropper will not input water bottles into brewing stand after potions have been removed by a hopper from brewing stand

Brew Potion Advancement is achieved only by making a water bottle!
