[Fixed in 1.14] Splash Water bottles, Awkward Potion, Mundane Potion and Thick Potion have incorrect particle color effects

Note: from what I've seen this is not happening to everyone but with some yes and instead the texture of the water bottles is gray some are in red color

Seems to affect some Android devices. (Doesn't appear to affect OnePlus One A0001, for example)
The color of the water bottle was fixed in 1.6.0 5 but the color of particles effect of splash and lingering potions was not fixed
Reopening as the particle colour is still incorrect.
Still affected on (1.6-1.7) 1.8-1.9 (Beta). (only particle colour is incorrect)
still affects 1.13.0.2 beta (Xbox One)
Just tested in 1.14 beta, it's fixed.
