Player is not moving after teleporting with client-auth movement
If you set server-authoritative-movement=client-auth in server.properties and use /tp command, then the server will stop to handle player movement. This issue does not occur with server-authoritative-movement=server-auth

Yes, this issue occurs every time i teleport (at least in Aternos with client-auth authoritative movement).

Yes, that will occur every time if you're using /tp commands or any teleport items, such as ender pearl & chorus fruit with server-authoritative-movement has set up to client-auth

Yes. But if you rejoin the server, you can move until you execute /tp again
The version on windows (10 and 11) may affect as both have 22H2 and windows 11 22H2 may run better, just a thought
This client-auth issue no longer occurs, checked with BDS 1.20.62.02
