BDS-2341Typo in html help file for reloading permissions
The HTML help file suggests using the commands "permissions reload" and "permissions list" but the syntax that works is "permission reload" and "permission list" (without the 's').
This was previously reported in the "Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)" project (MCPE-44064).
Since this is an issue with BDS, I am creating a new issue in the correct project for this. I believe that it is just a matter of fixing the typo in the HTML help file.

Confirmed in 1.14.30 BDS on Windows Server 2019
Was listed as fixed in 1.16 but appears to still show "permission*s* reload" and "permission*s* list" whereas the command that's accepted via the console is permission reload and permission list (no "s").
