WAI perMC-58677.This is not WAI. This is a simular bug as
MC-58677, just a different ticket.Why should this be WAI when other "Note Blocks" are correct and this is not.

What "Note Blocks" are correct compared to this? If you are comparing the block name to the subtitle, this is WAI.
The other ticket is about buttons and gui elements, which are supposed to be title case.
The subtitles are meant to all be sentence case. So it's fine as it is.
Then other ones should be not in a sentence, such as:
"Note Block" is a proper noun in Minecraft. It should not be "Note block".
