Invisible strays no longer show their second skin layer like in older versions. According to MC-110423, it is intended that the outer skin layer in llamas and strays should be visible.
Left: 21w20a
Right: 1.13.2
Expected Result
They would show their second layer.
Not a duplicate of MC-110423 as when it was created the second skin layer was shown when the stray was invisible.
The stray's outer clothes layer which the player normally sees is not rendered at all when the stray is invisible, and either the player is in spectator, or the stray is on the same team as the player.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Spawn a stray
- Make it invisible
/effect give @e minecraft:invisibility infinite
- Change your gamemode to spectator
Observed Behavior:
The stray's outer clothes layer will not be visible at all. Only the skeleton part of the model will be visible translucently, and the bow will be visible at full opacity.
Expected Result:
The stray's clothes would be visible regardless of it's effect status, shared team with the player, or the player's gamemode.

Notes:
This is not reporting MC-226182 or MC-110423. Those issues apply for any gamemode, whereas this is specifically reporting when the invisible entity can be seen translucently.
