MC-11618URLs with ports not recognized
URLs like "http://test.de:1234/test" that have a port in it are not clickable.
URLs like "http://test.de/test" are working.

Can you give me an example when sites use ports? If yes then I can confirm this issue.
When using dynmap for example -> http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1543523-dynmap-dynamic-web-based-maps-for-minecraft/
Example: http://myserveraddres.com:8123/map/
That is a valid url in normal browsers and mc should be able to open these links.
Invalid due to modded client/server. At best this is a feature request.
