Shulker box duplication
Placing a shulker box actually places an empty one of the same color, with the original one still in the inventory.
It only seems to occur when the box is placed on angled stairs.

Update : it seems to happen because of the lever above the shulker box, I could reproduce the bug somewhere else.
Also occurs with buttons of both types.
