MC-121631Taking items from the creative inventory search tab no longer resets search text
1.12.2 behavior:
1. Type "stone" on the search tab
2. Take one item stack into the hotbar
3. Begin typing another search, the search bar automatically resets so only the new search text remains
4. The search bar now reads "sponge"
and
1. Type "stone" on the search tab
2. Take one item stack out
3. Take another item stack out, the search bar is automatically cleared without wiping the results page, allowing for more item stacks from the search to be taken into the hotbar
17w43a behavior:
The search bar never resets, multiple searches now require extra effort.

Thank you for your report!
However, this is Working as Intended.
This was always the case prior to the 1.13 snapshots, and it was a bug that the text was not instantly deleteable (see MC-121631). This bug has been fixed.

Implemented at the exact same time as the fix for MC-121631, so almost certainly intended.
