MC-122410SHIFT + TAB doesn't go backwards in tab-completion list
What I expected to happen was
I expected the selection to go backwards in the list
What actually happened was
SHIFT was ignored and it just went forward in the list
Steps to Reproduce
1. Type out "/setblock ~ ~ ~ " in the chat.
2. Try pressing tab and/or shift+tab

Should this be marked as invalid now that the UI has changed?
Correct, TAB has been changed to act like in previous versions.
Fixed in 17w49a.
