MC-123776Blockcrack particles are very laggy
When I break some blocks in the 17w50a-18w01a snapshot the fps is going to decrease.
1. Create new World.
2. Break blocks very fast.
3. The fps is low.
Environment
Windows 10
CPU: 2x Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 1007U @ 1.50GHz
Java: 1.8.0_25 64 bit
-Xmx1G

Hm, can't make out a noticeable FPS increase.
Maybe duplicates/relates to MC-123584?
