Created Issue:
F3 + I doesn't copy chest item data
How to reproduce:
- Place a chest with some items inside
- Look at the chest and press F3 + I
- The result will have the Items array empty

Added Fixed Versions: 1.13-pre7
Was showing client data (on purpose), extended to pick server stuff anyway (`shift+F3+I` for client)
Seems that this isn't giving the right access to the right players. Host player is only able to get limited info where guest player without cheats can't do f3+i but ends up getting the nbt info from it. reopen or new report please. https://gyazo.com/4474652f3abb5f64503395d6efc2a7cd
