Pillager outposts are working as designed based on the resolution of MC-140105, and normal mineshafts have always generated with oak since they were added before release. You have even worded your title like feature request and requested that mineshafts should use different types of wood, even though mineshafts haven't been updated in any significant way for about a decade.
Or alternatively, mark as a duplicate of MC-140105 which is itself marked as Working As Designed.
That's a circular argument. If what I described was not what was designed, then it would be a bug. If it's working as designed, that's fine, but mark this as Working As Designed. Like the more or less identical MC-140105 which is marked Working As Designed. Or as a duplicate of MC-140105. Either makes sense. Invalid does not make sense because this issue is not a feature request. If I wanted to make a feature request I would make a feature request.
Your ticket is "Hey, please change pillager outposts and mineshafts, so that they have different wood types!". That's not a bug.
MC-140105 is "Pillager outposts always spawn the same, while villages don't". That can be considered a bug, but the devs have clarified that it is not.
In the end of the day it does not matter how a report is resolved. This ticket won't be reopened. End of discussion.

I dont think they are suppose to tho
Me neither. Although it makes sense for their architecture to change between biomes (similar to villages), technically, this might be a feature request, which is what seems to happen to most "inconsistencies" reported.
It's a shame that logical consistency or thematic consistency are considered "feature requests". But hey.
