Please try to through the end gateway and use /locate again
But because of
MC-138069, get in the end gateway is still not working. In version 18w49a (and the previous 18w48b), the /locate command would give out EndCity locations with coordinates in between Center Islands and Outer Islands. (The End Gateways are not working, all of them - Center and Outer Islands - teleport to Obsidian platform)
After travelling to coordinates roughly around -3100 and further, the /locate command will not find End Cities with coordinates more negative than -3100 (both for X and Z coordinate).
please update the Affects Versions to include the latest snapshot 18w50a
Confirmed still a problem on both 18w50a and 19w02a.
This may be related to the issue I created:
MC-142277. I had to go past 10000 blocks to start finding cities and then they are mostly floating off the edge of islands.Worlds generated in snapshot may still report end city in wrong place. Unfortunately, we have no simple way of removing wrong entries without regenerating world.
