- Let a scaffolding block fall onto it

I am no longer able to reproduce this in 21w03a. The falling scaffolding drops as an item when it comes in contact with a fence or wall.
I can confirm that this cannot be reproduced in 21w03a.
Cannot reproduce either in 21w03a.
