MC-161281Minecarts with a block in them render incredibly dark
The bug
The block inside of command block minecarts, furnace minecarts, hopper minecarts, TNT minecarts, spawner minecarts, and normal minecarts with a block inside of them is rendered too dark. Chest minecarts seem to be the only minecart not affected.
To reproduce
Place one of the affected minecarts on a rail. For normal minecarts with a block inside of them, the following command can be used:
/summon minecart ~ ~ ~ {DisplayState:{Name:"minecraft:stone"},CustomDisplayTile:1b}

Furnace in Minecart with furnace renders incredibly dark
When a minecart with furnace gets placed on a rail, the furnace in it becomes extremely dark.
The minecart itself that it is part of renders normally. The item of the minecart with furnace also renders normally, just the in-world model is affected.

Confirmed in 19w38b.
Minecarts themselves looks this darker if they're inside a block (darker than it was previously)
Spawner and command block minecarts are affected as well, see
MC-161470.
