MC-166015Tnt isn't aligned in the tnt minecart
I don't know if this visual bug was going on in previous snapshots but I went to try out the new smooth tnt stuff and saw that the tnt minecart looked like a new passive mob.

the hitbox is fine
I can confirm this for Minecraft 1.15 Pre-Release 1
