Minecarts do not have the correct texture pack
The texture pack for minecarts is not right, as you move around the
minecart it changes textures and colors. Minecarts with chests are OK,
tested in both creative and survival.

This is how they look for me. I was flying around my snapshot test world checking things out, and I notice my chicken-on-lead-in-minecart test station looked crazy. Tested, yep regular Minecarts are broken. Oddly, at least Hopper Carts are fine. Not sure what would cause it to only effect normal Minecarts, but there's probably a good explanation.
They change textures alot. all blocks, creeper, slime, bat, items, RARELY minecart, and boat

More examples... they have the texture of the things around, like my armored horse, and my chested donkey
Yep, @Cesar Moya, they do. I placed one near a village on Superflat and it alternated between the villager texture, a slime texture, and the weird every-texture-in-the-game texture, depending on which direction I was looking at it from.

nope, riding around in a zombie textured minecart. entertaining, but not fixed.
