Which language are you using?
In the translation "%1$ s cayó desde un lugar alto" there is a superfluous space character between "%1$" and "s". this throws an error in Minecraft.
I've commited the correct translation in http://crowdin.net/translate/minecraft/9380/enus-esve .
This ticket is a language translation change/add request and is currently not supported on this bug tracker.
Please use the Crowdin Minecraft Translation Project for all translation change/add requests.
There were in sum 19 translations (death.fell. and death.attack.) in ES_VE with the same error - all fixed.
