I don't think that's a bug. It's hard to understand what your saying but if you could provide screenshots maybe this could be confirmed.
Readable version: Lighting bugs on chests, signs and the caracter
I know this problem as well, it's a lighting issue where sometimes the chests and signs will go black when viewed from a certain angle, but they can appear normal again when the character moves about to a different angle. It sometimes happens with the character's arm if you are not holding anything.
This is what it looks like from 1 position and 3 different angles. It doesn't just happen when you turn though, there are other variables, and I've experienced this issue myself, as you can see from the screenshots that I've attached.
