MC-19243Breath icon misplaced with Absorption
If you get Absorption effect, and you go underwater, the breath bar is misplaced (screenshot attached)
Armor bar and Pig/Horse life is fine too
(Yeah I know, I'm crazy with Absorption level 49, but this bug happnes also with lower power effects (even level 1))

Confirmed.
Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
