MC-194323Swamp and mangrove swamp spawn definitions contain two entries for slimes
In .minecraft/versions/<version>/<version>.jar/data/minecraft/worldgen/biome/swamp.json there are two entries for slime spawns, one with a weight of 100 and one with a weight of 1.

In the swamp and swamp_hill files under worldgen/biome in the files @slicedlime released there is a double chance to spawn a slime, one with a weight of 100 and one with a weight of 1.
