MC-199051/locate froze and non-generating Villages
I have a map that I generated back on beta 1.2 I still use it, complementing the various buildings.
The problem is that at the time this map was generated, minecraft didn't have any villages or anything else in it yet. At the moment when exporting the world settings to another one you can see that the generation of villages and buildings is disabled. As a result, there are no raids or other related activities. Once, I don't know why, a village was generated on my map about 7 years ago, but it was blown up at the moment

The command "/locate village" just hangs out and the whole world kicks out after a while. Also no other buildings are generated.
Can you please tell me if there is any way to make the generation of buildings turn on and my whole world is still the same, but new buildings have started to appear in the new non-generated zones?
The question is first of all for the developers of the game itself, if they are here.
I can give you my map for trying something (it is 2gb).
The NBT parameter GenerateStructures is set to 1.

Have you ever used Snapshots or other early development versions on that world?
No, i haven't. I always make a copy of world or launch a new one. Actually it happened only once, and with a new world as I can remember.
Other structures are generating well, thanks to nbt explorer. The corresponding /locate funcitons workout in 1 sec. Only villages have this problem.

Is there any debug utility to look inside the /locate function and find out what makes it frozen?
or mabye i can find some information about how exactly villages mechanism works? Where data is stored? I tryed to create a new world and add the same NBT thing to my world, but it didn't help.
I have also used the world optimiser in minecraft game.
Are you playing in 1.16.2 or in an earlier version of the game?
1.16.2.
The problem has first appeared a long ago. Once, i remember that, "/locate village" was working, but I don't remember the version.
