When I try to load the minecraft launcher it says unable to update the minecraft native launcher idk if it is just me tho
I think this should be works as intended because if, for example, your head was taking freeze damage but your legs were taking fire/lava damage you will feel both of the pains because the freeze damage isn't at the legs where you are taking fire damage or the fire damage isn't at your head where you are taking freeze damage. I hope this helped!

I disagree as it is more of an inconsistency
Yes, but string has a hitbox the width of a block, candles don't.
I would consider it as a vibration, especially since you use a hammer for it (I say this because in the UI of the smithingtable)Quote from the 20w49a Changelog, "A vibration is anything that causes physical motion". I would definitely consider this as physical motion, as you are physically performing this task.

If you rename emeralds to something, then try to click on the trade (on the sidebar of the villager UI) of a villager, it won't work unless you put the emerald(s) in the trading slot (the trading slot is where you put the emeralds for a trade).
To reproduce
- Rename a stack of emeralds (and have no other emeralds in your inventory
- Click on a villager's trade (where the villager is offering some item for emeralds)
→Nothing will happen
- Drag the emeralds into the trading slot
→The trade will succeed

And here are some tips for making awesome reports in the future.
1. Submit ONE issue per report please, it's easier for the Mojira team to follow and manage!
2. Please provide a (to the point) summary of your problem. Avoid one worded summaries and things like "help!!!".
3. The description should contain details of the problem and how to reproduce it, so that the Mojira team can more easily track down the problem and try to fix it.
4. Please search before creating a report to make sure your issue hasn't already been reported. If it has, please join the discussion there!
5. If you've discovered an exploit or a security issue, please create a Private report that only yourself and Mojang will be able to see.Again, thank you for your report, and have a good day!

Sculk sensors do not detect bone meal being used on grass, glow lichen, etc. This is a vibration because as violine1101 said "A block being created in the world otherwise causes a vibration. I'd consider this valid. (see also
MC-207300orMC-207277for example)." This has the same justification asMC-209998, and also relates to it.

If the spectator mode camera is against a block, the camera will not move unless the spectator head moves far enough away. This is caused by the camera respecting block hitboxes.
Steps to reproduce:
- Make your spectator camera go against a block, but not in the block and be in f5 mode viewing the back of the spectator head
- Move foreword
- X ---> the camera will not follow the head unless it gets far away enough

Mask3D_WOLF don't use those types of comments. Those comments are restricted to mods & helpers only.
@Mask3D_WOLF, I have updated the report now to describe what you have written in the comments. In general please explain the behavior you consider a bug in detail, and if others are asking for more information in the comments, it might be worth improving the report description to clarify it.
Mask3D_WOLF: Does that mean you're able to reproduce the issue in a current version? If so I'll transfer ownership.
Mask3D_WOLF Plausible, probably - as I wrote here - the opposite happens comparably often, thus there's some probability that the opposite can happen as well.
I haven't run into this yet, still searching.
Mask3D_WOLF, WitherSlayer5000 can confirm his own report if it affects a certain version. There is nothing wrong with that.
Mask3D_WOLF please do not spread misinformation.
Please follow the instructions from MC-207896.
Mask3D_WOLF, it means that the linked issue cannot be reproduced because of this bug.

Oof sorry that was a suggestion not a bug
kk but some hoglins DIDNT TAKE DAMAGE
This is not a joke, I am not messing with you, this is a real bug, not just me turning the random tick speed to 0 or something.
Can you be more descriptive please?
The bug part of this is the "until you press into the save and quit menu where it will show the overlay again" part and is not the first part. The first part is telling you how to get to the bug part (which is the "until you press into the save and quit menu where it will show the overlay again" part)
I think this bug is caused because the patch is for survival mode mainly.
This is for Minecraft Java, and not Minecraft Bedrock. Also please be more descriptive in the title next time.
It is not, sorry about that.
Please stay on topic!
Cannot recreate in 1.16.4
Could be intended though
Sorry, but they only accept reports in english, if you want to report a bug please use an online translator to translate to english.
Désolé, mais ils n'acceptent que les rapports en anglais, si vous souhaitez signaler un bogue, veuillez utiliser un traducteur en ligne pour traduire en anglais.
Just because it is well known and has been in the game for years doesn't mean that it isn't an exploit that should be fixed.
It could be a bug with Shockbyte server hosting.
That is what Mojang needs to make a change to if they want to fix this exploit.
This is modded minecraft and not vanilla so this is most likely invalid.
Please be more clear.
I think this is an MCL bug.
Then they should just remove it from the workflow
I will give a video in a minute
