MC-206849Client de-sync when you place a torch on a fence while leashing a mob
To Reproduce
- Place down a fence.
- Leash a mob.
- Select a torch in your hotbar.
- Try putting the torch on the fence.
The torch appeared and then disappeared rapidly, being replaced by the leash.

When placing a torch on a fence while you have animals leaded to you the torch will disappear.
I found this in 1.16.4 but may happen in earlier versions.
