MC-238410Parity Issue: Can't Insta-Mine Wood with Haste II Beacon Effect unlike Bedrock Edition
In Bedrock Edition, players can insta-mine any type of wood, like oak logs or warped stems with Haste II beacon effect. In Java Edition it is simply not possible.
To Reproduce:
Go to Bedrock Edition and give yourself a Netherite Axe with Efficiency V enchantment and having the beacon effect Haste II, chop down some wood. Now go to Java Edition and try to do the same. It will have different results.
Expected Resolution:
In Java Edition, the Netherite Axe tool with Efficiency V enchantment with Haste II should instantly mine wood just like in Bedrock Edition.

This parity issue predates the buzzy bees update, as such it is not a valid bug report.
This problem was after buzzy bees, netherite was introduced in 1.16, it should be valid.
I know beacons are really old but netherite tools isn't.
