MC-250921Spawners do not drop experience when blown up
The bug
When mined with a pickaxe, spawners drop experience. However, when blown up, they do not.
How to reproduce
- Use commands to place spawners
- Break one spawner with a pickaxe in Survival
- Use TNT to destroy another
Expected results
The spawner would drop experience in both cases.
Actual results
Only manually mining spawners drops experience - explosions do not.

[Mojang] Gnembon If this is reopened, should MC-249190 and MC-250921 also ne reopened for the same reason, or are they not in a state of disparity?
I can confirm this behavior.
