(a) In creative inventory, there are two item groups (Building Blocks and Redstone Blocks) on oak variant redstone blocks: oak_fence_gate, oak_door, oak_trapdoor, oak_pressure_plate and oak_button.
But the same kind of blocks on the non-oak variants, only have one group (Building Blocks).
Non-oak variant including: spruce, birch, jungle, acacia, dark_oak, mangrove, bamboo, crimson and warped.
(b) There are two item groups (Redstone Blocks and Tools & Utilities) on oak_chest_boat and bamboo_chest_raft, but only one group (Tools & Utilities) on other variants.
Besides, their ordering in search tab is wrong. (due to missing first group)
(c) There are two item groups (Colored Blocks and Redstone Blocks) on white_wool, there should be only one: Colored Blocks.

Confirmed; however this could be working as intended.
It's intentional, all behavior-identical block variants were removed from the redstone tab. See
MC-258188, and all reports linked in the comments there.White wool is there for sculk sensor
