MC-268747Endermen don't pick up plant from flower pot
since planting plant from flower pot is the same thing as planting plant on ground, i assume that enderman would pick up the plant from the flower pot or pick up the whole potted plant, but they wouldn't.
to reproduce, make a 3 blocks deep hole with potted cactus, spawn enderman inside that hole, and wait. you'll see that the enderman won't pick up.

the previous report (MC-268747) was closed because "enderman cannot pick up plant pots". yes i agree that "enderman cannot pick up plant pots" but who said enderman needs to pick up flower pots? what i meant was enderman should be able to pick up THE PLANT FROM the flower pot and LEAVE the flower pot behind. i mean if you think about it, picking up a plant from the ground is the same thing as picking up a plant from the flower pot. also, if you put yourself in the endermen's shoes, the plant from the flower pot is the same thing as the plant planted on ground, so they should be able to pick it up. of course, some plant like ferns or bamboos can be planted in flower pot but can't be picked up by enderman, but still, they should be able to pick up most of the plants from the flower pots.
Resolving this as invalid as I've opened up the original report again.

Invalid - Enderman cannot pick up plant pots, look at the #endermen_holdable block-tag in the F3 menu. I have added two screenshots showing this:
