MC-271927Small dripleaves can convert the flowing water to the water source
Place a small dripleaf on flowing water will create a water source on it, this is most likely because they are only the double blocks that being waterloggable in java edition (Tall seagrass does not count because it must be in water), if beds and doors being waterloggable in the future, this problem is likely to occur.
