Unable to reproduce. Has this been tested on vanilla minecraft?

Nevertheless, cannot reprocude.
The closest I can get is the subtle lighting changes on the held item dependent on where I'm facing in relation to light sources, but this is the same for all held items.
However, as already noted, this needs to be fully reproducible in vanilla client and server.
