Since a few versions now, all signs items use a matching color palette for the sign base (or stick part) taken from their log type.
However in the recent snapshot, the pale oak sign use the same color for the top part as well as the base (or stick part). Below you will see how inconsistent it is with the rest of the signs items

Same issue in MC-277113
The pale oak sign item and block textures are inconsistent with other signs, However reposted for bedrock edition is same affected to fix this texture in future.
Can confirm but this is a duplicate of
MC-277105I have forward resolved that report into this one because it contains a clearer showcase of the textures problem.
fixed in the new bedrock preview (still an issue in java though)
