Big dripleaves can be planted on moss blocks and pale moss blocks, while small ones can only be planted on moss blocks.
Is this intended behaviour? Or is this an oversight and should both big and small dripleaves (not) be placeable on pale moss blocks?

Relates to MC-278687. Big dripleaves can be planted on moss blocks and pale moss blocks, while small ones can only be planted on moss blocks.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Place pale moss blocks
- Try to place big dripleaves and small dripleaves on them
Observed Results:
Big dripleaves can be placed on pale moss blocks, but small dripleaves cannot.
Expected Results:
Big dripleaves and small dripleaves should have the same placement behavior.
Fixed in 25w02a. Big dripleaves can no longer be placed on pale moss block, just like small dripleaves.
