Sometimes I almost died choking on the wall when I'm at home by melting mineral or near a wall, I happen very often, and I dislike much happens even more often on Multiplayer.
Please, figure it out.

Is this like when you are strafing along a tunnel wall and you will for no apparent reason start taking suffocation damage with the black suffocation screen, even though the wall is completely flat and true with no torches?
I have had similar experiences, and yes, even an unremarkable flat wall will do that.
